Richmond, VA August 2017 – Bruce Peacock and The Manufacturing Search Division of The Richmond Group USA (TRG) are pleased to announce the successful conclusion of a Senior Manufacturing Engineer search for an industry leading, global manufacturer of consumer products. This is a great time for this organization as they continue to grow, invest millions of dollars in new technologies to expand capabilities and launch several new products. The Manufacturing Engineer will be join a cross-functional, project based team who are responsible for launching new products, troubleshooting processes, run trials and prototypes, create specs for parts and assemblies, etc. at their state of the art operation.
Working closely with the Engineering Manager and Human Resources Manager, we took on the challenge of finding a Senior Manufacturing Engineer with previous hands-on project experience, involving new product introduction, in a high volume manufacturing environment. A regional search was conducted to uncover and attract a pool of qualified candidates.
We identified a well-rounded Manufacturing Engineer with hands-on experience leading and managing projects simultaneously, and launching new products in a fast paced manufacturing environment. This placement will provide our client company with a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer, who spent the last 6 years leading various new product introduction projects for an automotive component manufacturer.
