A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources, Pete is passionate about matching candidates with their ideal career opportunities and helping clients solve their toughest talent challenges. He thrives on understanding what makes organizations tick and delivering the right people to drive success.
Originally from Romania, Pete has called Chicago, Portland, Nashville, Atlanta, and now Richmond home, embracing the unique culture and perspectives each city has offered. He joined The Richmond Group USA family with a focus on professional recruiting in engineering and manufacturing, later transitioning to PeopleSolutions where he expanded his expertise into various markets within construction. Prior to entering recruiting, Pete had honed his exceptional customer service and client relationship skills as an assistant manager in retail sales.
Outside of work, Pete enjoys exploring Richmond’s vibrant social scene, visiting local wineries, DJing, and creating memorable moments with his wife, friends, and family. An avid traveler, his adventures have taken him to France, England, Iceland, Sweden, South Korea, Thailand, Mexico, Costa Rica, the Caribbean, Ireland, and Scotland, fueling his appreciation for diverse viewpoints. He and his wife share a goal of visiting all 50 U.S. states.
