As a result of growth, we partnered with our client to identify a Business Development Manager that could add to their growth and become a part of their succession planning. Due to our previous success with our client and their desire to promote this person to a Director of Sales as part of their succession planning, we were engaged on a retained basis to fill this very critical role.
With our extensive network in the packaging industry we were able to complete a thorough search within two months. Our client has added a Business Development Manager with deep connections in the industry who needed very little training to hit the ground running.
